Sessionboard: AI Evaluations for Session Selection

Putting together an event program often takes a lot of time, money and consultation. So good news for everyone involved in reviewing sessions.

Indeed, Sessionboard introduces AI Evaluations, a smart AI tool that automatically assesses session proposals based on preset reviewer personas. These are profiles that determine how AI provides feedback and which criteria it finds important, such as participants' interests or current trends. This way, the review process is more in line with the unique goals of your event and you no longer need expensive and busy program committees.

FFAIR: Product Layout in the Exhibitor Shop

The way you organize products in the Exhibitor Shop has been improved. The process has become more user-friendly, thanks to a drag and drop-function.

You can now decide in which order your products are displayed in the shop. This means that, for example, you can put your most important or best-selling products at the top, or maintain a logical order that matches your offer.

FFAIR: Review Orders for Acceptance

Through FFAIR, you can now set up for each product that an order first needs your approval before it is processed.

As soon as an order arrives that requires approval, you'll receive an email notification and you can view the order directly in FFAIR. You can also add comments for the exhibitor.

If the order is approved, it will proceed to the payment phase. In case of rejection, the exhibitor receives clear feedback. This way, you have more control over the ordering process.
