Feature Flash quarter 3

An overview of the most important product developments
It's time for a new blog about the key features and improvements we introduced last quarter. Whether you're a frequent user of Swoogo or Grip, there are a few updates you don't want to miss. Let's review this quarter's highlights again.

What to expect in this blog?
1. Swoogo update: a fresh new look
2. Swoogo highlight: renewed group registration
3. Swoogo highlight: new payment options with mollie
4. Grip update: session check-in scanner
Swoogo has introduced a completely new look. This month was all about innovation and improvement.
💡What's new Swoogo has given the user interface a major makeover. Expect a fresh, modern look that's not only stylish, but also makes your work easier. The updates include:
- Notable new themes: give your event site a fresh look with new hero designs, fonts and color combinations.
- Improved navigation: find your way around the website even faster with the new navigation options.
At the end of 2023, Swoogo gave the group registration function a significant upgrade. After testing the feature for a while, we agree: this update is also worth highlighting.
💡What's new The updates focus on making the registration process for groups even easier. Here are the highlights:
- Easy group reservations: book tickets for a group without having to fill in all the details right away. Later, send a link to group members to register.
- Personal reservation emails: send customized emails to registrants and planners so everyone stays up to date.
Swoogo also has an update for everyone who works with payments during events. Swoogo has launched a new integration with Mollie, which opens the doors to even more possibilities.
💡What's new With this update, Swoogo users can accept payments via Mollie, one of the most popular payment platforms in the Netherlands. But that's not all:
- Integration: pay directly via the Swoogo webshop, with an American system that perfectly matches local financial systems, such as iDEAL.
- More payment options: In addition to Mollie, Swoogo now also supports other platforms such as Stripe, Braintree, and Paypal Payflow Pro.
And now something special for all exhibitors and sponsors: Grip has launched a new feature that makes it even easier to keep track of all leads.
💡What's new Get to know the session check-in scanner, a tool designed specifically for exhibitors to better manage your sessions and collect valuable data. The update was already available in Grip Teams as a paid add-on from Monday, December 18, 2023, so we've already run a few successful events with this new feature! Here's what to expect:
- Scan faster: scanning during sessions is now easier and more efficient, with a user-friendly interface.
- Immediate feedback: receive an immediate confirmation after a successful scan, or a notification if something goes wrong.
- Easy access: find the scanner easily in the mobile app under the 'More' screen.
