Job Description: Customer Success Manager
Welcome and how nice that you are viewing our vacancy! Our company Lively is a growing event technology agency and we are looking for a new “Customer Success Manager”. As a team, we ensure that our customers organize successful and relevant business events. We do this with the help of the best event technology and our knowledge about an optimal visitor journey. You will join us in a dynamic industry where you work with major organizers of (B2B) events such as the RAI, the Jaarbeurs and Frankwatching.
In the position of “Customer Success Manager”, you are the first point of contact for the customer and responsible for developing and supervising software implementation processes for business events. Think of marketing campaigns, registration, matchmaking and live interaction. You monitor the schedule, ensure a clear structure in the meetings and appointments, provide training to the customer and ensure a clear transfer to our developers.
