Our AI matches participants based on personal interests, goals, and intent. As an organizer, you define the input: topics, challenges, skills, supply and demand, or even hobbies. This way, participants connect with the people who truly matter, in a short amount of time.

How it works: simple, playful, and surprisingly effective.

PreparationWe start with an intake and discuss your goals and target audience. Based on this, we define the right profile questions and answer options together.
Before the event1 to 2 weeks prior to the event, participants complete their profile and networking preferences via a web page. They receive recommendations and swipe to indicate who they would like — and prefer not — to meet.
Behind the scenesOur AI analyzes profiles and preferences to calculate a meeting score. Once no-shows are confirmed, the system generates an optimal 1-on-1 meeting schedule with 3–5 meetings of approximately 10 minutes each.
During the activityParticipants scan a QR code to access their meeting overview. Each meeting is assigned a number (red or black). On the event floor, a large numbered roulette table serves as the central meetingpoint.
