Every year, Aon's board goes around the country to inform employees about the new plans.
Aon's event managers are extremely busy that week to arrange everything logistically. At the same time, it's an important opportunity to get feedback and engage colleagues.
That is why Lively has made the program more interactive through statements, word clouds and asking questions (anonymously). Employees could scan a QR code via their own smartphone or enter a short participation URL to participate.
