As a technology partner, Lively has provided all digital solutions, from website and registration to event platform. Before registration, there were several tickets that gave access to different parts of the event.
After registration, participants received immediate access to the event platform so that they could optimally prepare for the event by planning sessions & meetings. During the event, Lively was present to supervise the check-in and answer questions about the mobile app.
During the plenary program, live polls and Q&A sessions were used to express opinions and get input. Lively attended backstage to coordinate interaction with the moderators, moderate the questions and publish polls on the fly.
